What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and restock front-line, lobby, bathroom, and patio areas
• learn the changing salad menu and communicate ingredients
• follow food safety and handling practices
• set up and break down cashier and front-line areas
• operate the POS register
• greet guests and address concerns with a manager
• answer phones
• follow cash-handling procedures
• complete food safety and TABC certification if required by location.
