The Retail Store Manager is a contract, onsite position based in Clarksville, MD, offering a salary range of $19.00 - $22.00/hr plus bonus. This role is responsible for the daily operations and sales performance of the Music & Arts retail location. This position exists to lead the sales team, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of customer service are met. The manager will oversee payroll, recruitment, and training while actively promoting the company's lesson programs to foster a community of lifelong musicians.

What you'll do

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics
• Ensure all products are available and displayed appropriately
• Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees
• Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Additional duties as assigned.
