What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, facilities, equipment, and operations
• evaluate and prioritize work orders
• perform mechanical work, welding, plumbing, electrical tasks, and project management
• operate and transport heavy equipment as needed
• perform light excavation and concrete or fencing work
• conduct seasonal cleaning and routine maintenance
• remove snow and apply deicer
• communicate facility matters to operations leadership.
