Maintenance Lead, Spring Terrace

What you'll do

• Restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition and complete service requests promptly
• monitor and replace lights
• repair or replace building fixtures, appliances, locks, windows, doors, and other listed components
• report appliance problems to the Community Manager
• supervise maintenance staff and schedule work
• perform assigned maintenance projects and provide guidance to other personnel as appropriate
• remain on call as required.
