The role turns business priorities and customer insights into clear messaging for different audiences. It manages communications from drafting through approval and delivery, supports leadership and franchisee engagement, and partners with customer experience teams on proactive messaging and sensitive issues.

What you'll do

• Draft and edit executive talking points, presentations, updates, announcements, FAQs, and franchise communications
• support leadership meetings and webcasts
• translate operational changes into audience-focused messages
• maintain calendars, lists, templates, and approval workflows
• prepare customer response templates and summarize feedback
• coordinate sensitive issue messaging
• manage event communications
• proofread materials
• monitor engagement and collaborate across departments.
