What you'll do

• Prospect for and develop relationships with business and commercial property owners
• conduct outreach
• consult on real estate holdings and sale or exchange strategies

• present opportunities to buyers and investors
• manage transactions through negotiation and closing
• prepare market analyses, tour schedules and transaction documents
• respond to leads
• maintain CRM updates and weekly reports.
