What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding and I-9 compliance
• support onboarding training, technology access, background checks, and welcome materials
• respond to delegated HR inbox inquiries within 24 hours
• provide employment verifications and support W-2 requests
• maintain accurate employee files
• support benefits enrollment and 401(k) communications
• coordinate unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
• manage birthday and anniversary recognition
• assist with employee events
• provide administrative and project support.
