CNC Machinist

Job overview

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Broken Arrow, OK. Compensation is $26–$34 per hour. The machinist joins a precision machining and manufacturing team producing custom equipment for construction, utilities, and semiconductor industries. The role operates and sets up CNC equipment to produce precision components, validates quality, and troubleshoots machining and process issues. It also supports continuous improvement through process optimization, G-code edits, and mentoring other machinists.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes, including 3- and 4-axis and 5-axis machines, VTLs, HBMs, and mill-turns
• set up machines by loading fixtures and tooling and establishing work offsets
• read blueprints, GD&T, and specifications
• inspect first articles and production parts with precision measuring tools
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, offset, program, and process issues
• optimize processes, edit G-code at the control, mentor machinists, and support floor improvements.
