The Retail Keyholder role is onsite in Madison, TN. Compensation is $10.00–$13.50 per hour. The role supports GameStop’s store management team in providing guest service and selling video games, electronics, and gaming merchandise. The keyholder helps supervise store activities, serve guests, process transactions, maintain merchandise and store presentation, and support inventory, loss prevention, and sales goals. In the absence of management, the role supervises and delegates tasks to Sales Associates and follows store opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain promotions and trade-in programs, and recommend products
• process purchases and returns
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• assist with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile daily transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and process defectives and recalls
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
