What you'll do

• Manage and supervise memory care team members
• plan and oversee daily programming
• ensure onboarding and required training
• conduct dementia in-services
• evaluate and improve programming
• assess resident histories and preferences and develop individualized plans
• manage department budget
• support census-building initiatives
• educate families
• partner with the Health and Wellness Director.
