What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• review project documents and identify risks
• conduct constructability reviews and generate RFIs
• prequalify and select subcontractors and suppliers
• coordinate bids and prepare bid evaluations
• maintain cost databases
• present estimates
• support project handoff
• mentor estimating staff.
