The Industrial Supply Customer Support Specialist is an onsite role in Minneapolis, MN, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in-office schedule and pay of $26–$30 per hour. Productivity Inc. distributes machine tools, related tooling, and safety and industrial supply products. The role provides product and technical information to customers and supports the outside sales team. By researching products, preparing quotes and orders, and coordinating with suppliers and sales colleagues, the specialist helps resolve customer needs and support account growth.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, will call, and other channels
• research and recommend industrial and safety products
• identify alternatives for unavailable items
• prepare and follow up on quotes
• check pricing and availability
• enter orders and provide delivery updates
• partner with outside sales and management
• maintain supplier relationships
• build product knowledge
• assist with department operations.
