What you'll do

• Respond to IT requests and troubleshoot computer, hardware, and software issues
• set up computers and laptops and maintain Windows operating systems
• install software and train users
• maintain printers, scanners, fax machines, and phones
• update IT equipment inventory and organize the IT storage room
• provide basic IP phone and Epic support
• travel locally between sites as needed.
