What you'll do

• Serve guests in person and by phone
• assist with celebration orders and guest tours
• keep retail cases and cooler inventory stocked
• fold cake boxes
• suggest relevant retail items and add-ons
• operate the point-of-sale system
• gather guest email addresses
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• keep the retail area clean and merchandised
• and assist the Crafting department and other departments as needed.
