This role supports smooth kitchen service by preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes, maintaining a stocked and organized station, and helping keep the kitchen clean and sanitary. The cook also receives and stores products, rotates inventory, and coordinates with kitchen staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients
• cook, plate, and finish dishes during service
• prepare sauces and marinades according to chef or kitchen manager instructions
• organize and stock the station
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• receive and store products and rotate inventory
• assist with dishwashing and surface cleaning
• coordinate with kitchen staff.
