What you'll do

• Lead 2–4 team members in the shop or production area
• communicate with the General Manager, Sales Team, and vendors
• operate hand and power tools
• assemble and install aftermarket equipment and accessories in cargo vans and light trucks
• read work instructions and simple product drawings
• follow safety and quality protocols
• train and coach the production team
• schedule and monitor installation workflow
• move vehicles as required under the driving policy.
