What you'll do

• Oversee and perform day-to-day loan servicing
• recommend revisions to standards, policies, procedures, and programs
• create guidelines and research loan system problems
• resolve escalated member questions
• oversee reporting, escrow disbursements, and accounting reconciliation
• train personnel
• make risk-based decisions on loan documentation, exceptions, booking, and waivers
• supervise cross-functional team members
• develop procedures and manuals and ensure cross-training
• assist with quarterly Call Report loan information
• establish quality assurance programs
• maintain compliant servicing policies
• review loan reports and produce reports for accounting, auditors, and regulators
• support continuous process improvement.
