What you'll do

• Participate in customer service call queues
• handle incoming requests and resolve issues promptly
• document conversations and actions
• support customers with accounts, bids, payments, pickups, mobile connections, and auction information across multiple channels
• submit support requests to departments
• make outbound payment and pickup follow-up calls
• assist with walk-in customers and other front desk tasks as needed.

Why this role

Onsite only; part-time schedule includes Thursday noon–7 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, and rotating Saturdays 9 AM–noon, currently every fifth Saturday; schedule may change with notice.
