What you'll do

• contact application owners or customers to gather details
• open and manage AWS or Azure support cases when needed
• prepare evidence and handoffs for senior infrastructure teams when SLAs are exceeded
• use AI assistants and AIOps tools for log analysis
• monitor AWS and Azure backups and perform restores following procedures
• maintain small-scale Bash, Python, and Ansible automation
• provide support when needed during off-hours, nights, or weekends.
