Why this role

Program requires one 13-week assignment during the October 1–March 31 surge season. Team members function as PRN with no guaranteed hours; while assigned, they are scheduled 36 hours per week and must work three Mondays and/or Fridays and three Saturdays and/or Sundays in each four-week scheduling period. Unit-level scheduling; no self-scheduling.
