Counselor — Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Provide services that may include Child and Family Team or Adult and Family Team facilitation, case management, life skills training, family support, health education, and counseling. Assess clients’ strengths, activities, risks, co-occurring or substance use needs, and progress. Assist clients and families with safety or crisis plans and provide crisis intervention in emergencies. Coordinate care with families, providers, and community resources
• maintain records and complete required service documentation. De-escalate clients using trained, approved crisis intervention models.

Why this role
