What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide attentive service
• take drink orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• recommend menu items, local beers, and specialty cocktails
• maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
• process payments and operate the POS system
• complete opening, closing, and side work
• follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• work with servers and other team members.
