What you'll do

• Ensure charges are dropped daily for Athena processing
• monitor workflow dashboards and claims worklists
• follow up on claims within filing and appeal guidelines
• review denial reports and identify trends
• handle special contract billing and eligibility verification
• review appointment schedules for insurance eligibility
• answer patient billing and insurance questions
• enter monthly lab charges
• update accounts based on sliding-fee eligibility. May occasionally travel between locations.

Why this role
