What you'll do

• Administer physician-ordered treatments and medications
• visit residences and assess resident status and needs
• advocate for appropriate health services
• develop and implement personalized care plans
• verify vital signs, assessments, and medication administration
• coordinate with families, providers, and agencies
• document care and assessments
• write nursing service plans and notes
• train and recertify staff in medication administration and related care.
