What you'll do

• Develop menus for HāLani and in-room dining
• hold staff accountable and conduct ongoing training
• coordinate service steps and staff training with the front-of-house counterpart
• attend sales mix and planning meetings
• delegate labor reports, payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties
• maintain food quality and consistency
• work as expeditor
• coordinate preparation, portions, and presentation with sous chefs and cooks
• interact with guests.
