Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily production-cell execution
• plan workforce utilization, space, and workflow
• backfill for operations leadership and cell managers
• monitor operational indicators
• pursue continuous improvement
• train and develop cell managers, leads, and production staff
• coordinate shared resources and plant-to-plant projects
• support audits and scheduling
• maintain manufacturing 5S standards.
