What you'll do

• Source and purchase parts from suppliers
• compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
• maintain inventory through cycle counts and planning
• receive, verify, label, and stage parts
• communicate shortages and delivery updates
• process warranty claims, core returns, and vendor credits
• monitor pricing and gross profit
• audit repair orders
• coordinate deliveries and transfers
• maintain an organized and safe department
• manage purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records
• work with service advisors and technicians on part selection and fitment.
