• Use scaled agile practices to sequence use cases

• advise clients on integrating AI and data into business processes
• assess AI and data strategy maturity
• define technology, data, and operating-model building blocks
• develop business cases and roadmaps
• incorporate responsible AI
• identify people, processes, and technologies needed to operationalize AI
• develop AI-first product and commercialization strategies.
