The engineer leads civil utility design and delivery for public- and private-sector water and wastewater projects. The role contributes technical expertise, permitting coordination, and collaboration across project teams to deliver compliant designs and support construction-phase services.

What you'll do

• Prepare civil design plans, profiles, and details
• lead water and wastewater utility projects
• perform hydraulic modeling and capacity analysis as applicable
• prepare permitting submittals and coordinate with agencies
• conduct site visits
• collaborate with project teams and clients
• ensure compliance with codes and municipal requirements
• assist with proposals and scope definition as needed.

Why this role
