This role keeps dining operations supplied with clean dishware and helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. It supports servers and kitchen staff by washing and organizing dishes, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting with service needs.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• maintain an organized dish station
• restock clean dishware and utensils
• empty kitchen trash and take waste to the dumpster
• clear and reset tables
• wipe tables and chairs and sweep floors
• assist waitstaff with water refills and food delivery
• stock dining room service stations.
