Member Service Lead

The Member Service Lead role is onsite in La Crosse, WI. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., supporting member services at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA. The lead creates a welcoming experience for members and guests, handles check-ins and membership or registration needs, and helps train and direct member services staff. The role supports smooth front-desk operations and positive member engagement.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with members, staff, volunteers, and guests
• check in members and guests
• provide facility tours, process memberships and registrations, and address concerns
• help train new staff
• take on additional department responsibilities
• delegate duties to Member Services staff as directed by department leadership.
