What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team
• promote resident care and clinical practice standards
• oversee nursing operations, staffing, and clinical systems
• maintain regulatory compliance
• support survey readiness and plans of correction
• monitor quality measures, outcomes, incidents, wounds, infections, falls, and rehospitalizations
• participate in QAPI
• ensure physician notification, documentation, care planning, and follow-through
• collaborate with facility and interdisciplinary partners
• identify clinical risks and corrective actions
• develop nursing leaders and accountability.
