What you'll do

• Lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty
• oversee financial performance, quality, schedules, safety, and risk
• manage multiple project teams and field operations
• maintain project profitability, cost control, forecasts, cash flow, billing, and collections
• support preconstruction, subcontractor selection, and risk mitigation
• mentor and develop project staff.
