Room Attendant

The Room Attendant role is an onsite, full-time position in Chicago, IL; compensation is $26.52 per hour. Loews Chicago Hotel’s team creates welcoming guest experiences near Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. This role keeps guest rooms and bathrooms clean, sanitized, and ready for guests while supporting the hotel’s standards for comfort and quality. The attendant also helps guests with hotel information and reports maintenance issues or other irregularities to supervisors.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
• replace linens and amenities
• report maintenance issues, lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities
• stock and organize cleaning carts and linen closets
• provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services
• attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed
• follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergencies.
