What you'll do

• Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists with department leaders
• deliver company-wide onboarding and role-specific training
• assess skills and readiness through tests and observation
• design ongoing skills training
• develop compliance curricula covering OSHA and other requirements
• track training records, certifications, and renewals
• coordinate training for new equipment and process changes
• evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs.
