What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations across programs, shared services, and cross-functional initiatives
• translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes
• improve systems and workflows
• coordinate housing, employment, clinical, and other program areas
• monitor performance and risks
• oversee resource allocation, compliance, reporting, audit readiness, facilities, insurance, and risk mitigation
• supervise and develop staff
• report to executive leadership and the Board
• maintain external stakeholder relationships.
