What you'll do

• Oversee staffing and scheduling, food safety, inventory and stock ordering, merchandising, food cost and loss tracking, equipment maintenance, cash handling and brand compliance
• lead customer loyalty and retention efforts
• maintain store order and employee performance
• coach and train employees
• communicate with team members and owners
• organize priorities and execute systems and procedures.
