Bartender / Mixologist

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and customized requests
• engage respectfully with residents
• develop seasonal and themed drink menus
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked bar
• monitor alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
• collaborate with dining and events teams
• manage inventory and assist with ordering
• clear tableware and glassware
• prepare garnishes and snack trays
• maintain accurate resident and guest charge documents
• support safe and sanitary work conditions.
