The Phlebotomist role is onsite in Gadsden, AL, with a four-month contract and pay of $18.25–$19.55 per hour. The schedule is 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Friday. The role supports a diagnostic information services client by collecting and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. The position exists to collect blood samples safely and accurately while maintaining patient trust, confidentiality, and accurate records. It contributes to diagnostic testing by performing clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.

Why this role

At least six months of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills and keyboard/data-entry experience are required. Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred.
