The Social Worker role is an onsite position located in Woodbridge, VA. Compensation is $22–$27 per hour, and this role supports the Intensive In-Home (IIH) program at Compass Counseling Services of Northern Virginia. This role exists to provide community-based mental health treatment to youth and families, helping to build stability and resilience. The Social Worker contributes to the team by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and family therapy.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings
• Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals and improving functioning
• Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals to strengthen support systems
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support when needed.
