Home Care Aide

Job overview

The Home Care Aide role is onsite in clients’ homes in Culpeper, VA. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour. Touching Hearts at Home provides companionship and caregiving intended to help older adults and people with disabilities live at home with dignity and independence. The aide provides one-to-one support based on each client’s plan of care, including companionship, daily living assistance, transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role helps clients remain supported in their homes and communities.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship, reminders, and support with daily living tasks
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide standby assistance with personal hygiene
• provide overnight safety assistance when scheduled.
