HSE Field Technician

What you'll do

• Evaluate field activities for hazards and compliance risks
• coach, mentor, intervene, recommend corrective actions, and stop work or escalate imminent hazards
• verify site orientations
• manage KPI data and reporting
• support incident investigations and learning activities
• complete audits and document findings and corrective actions
• analyze trends and advise leadership
• coach crews on daily safety requirements and programs
• support emergency plans, drills, and behavior-based safety observations
• deliver or support safety training
• interpret DOT and regulatory requirements
• evaluate environmental compliance and coordinate with operations, customers, vendors, contractors, and HSE leadership.
