What you'll do
- Coordinate patient care, provide direct nursing care and patient and family education, and support discharge planning.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and revise plans as needed.
- Maintain infection prevention and safety standards, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, document care, and support the learning and development of colleagues and students.

Why this role
