What you'll do

• Lead aircraft cabin cleanings and perform detailed cleaning
• coordinate shroud cleaning and staffing with maintenance
• conduct cabin quality walks and audit cleanings
• organize labor and schedules for a team of 5–15
• maintain safety, cost metrics, paperwork, airport badging records, and hazard forms
• manage inventory and orders
• train and communicate with team members
• support hiring, onboarding, and development
• assist other teams and drive to other locations as needed.
