DOT Project Manager

The DOT Project Manager role is onsite in the Baltimore, MD area, with regular visits to assigned jobsites. The stated salary range is $125,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience. What you'll do

• Manage project personnel and site operations
• coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and the Traffic Division Manager
• serve as primary owner contact for contractual, commercial, and technical matters
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, subcontracts, change orders, quality control, and jobsite safety
• prepare and review contracts
• coordinate vendors and subcontractors
• maintain project documentation
• support estimating and bidding
• and oversee progress entries, payments, invoices, and final records.
