What you'll do

• Manage collection-related financial operations with finance and administration teams to support accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• Oversee donor relations, donation acknowledgments, and strategic donor outreach.
• Prepare analytical and financial reports for committees and contribute fundraising and revenue reporting to administrative and annual reports.
• Develop revenue growth strategies, coordinate donor messaging with fund allocation needs, manage donation budgets and forecasts, and represent the Executive Director at relevant subcommittee meetings when donor or revenue matters are discussed.
