• evaluate nursing personnel and apply discipline under policy
• support QAPI and facility assessment activities
• ensure staffing coverage and quality care
• collaborate with interdisciplinary partners
• oversee schedules, recruitment, and training
• conduct resident rounds
• monitor infection control, incidents, complaints, and safety
• participate in budget and survey preparation
• may provide direct nursing care as necessary.
