What you'll do
- Observe, report, and document resident physical or behavioral changes
- perform assigned medication administration, treatments, and vital-sign recording
- assist with personal care, linen changes, and laundry collection
- support hygiene and grooming
- remain on duty and available during the shift
- provide occasional night attendant coverage as needed.
