What you'll do

• Complete stewarding tasks across kitchen, cafeteria, restaurant, and banquet areas
• remove garbage
• clean and sanitize food-service areas, equipment, and floors
• replenish cleaning supplies
• transport, wash, and store dishes and cookware
• monitor clean-dish inventory
• operate industrial dishwashers and report issues
• hand-wash designated items
• transport china and utensils to banquet rooms
• follow food-safety and sanitation requirements.
