What you'll do

• Maintain storage units and repair or replace springs, hasps, and seals
• address facility issues such as roof leaks, gutters, downspouts, and siding
• manage groundskeeping vendor relationships and assist with landscaping when necessary
• inspect and maintain security systems
• maintain facility equipment
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• support other properties when needed.
